Policies

Shipping/Processing

Please allow 3 business days for processing, and 2 business days for shipping.  Therefore, you should receive your order within 5 business days after ordering.  However, orders that include frontals, closures, and ombre hair may take up to 3 additional business days.  

Refunds

Hair cannot be refunded unless there was an error made by the company.  NO REFUNDS ARE GRANTED AFTER 1 WEEK OF THE HAIR BEING DELIVERED.  Hair must be returned in its original packaging (cannot be unwrapped, worn, washed, dyed, etc.) in order to receive a refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be granted for hair in its original condition for products of equal or lesser value at the discretion of the company.

 

Pick up in store
